Coaching Quarterback Passing Mechanics
This course is designed to provide Quarterbacks and Coaches with multiple kinds of resources for improving Quarterback performance. Among the features are: - Sections introducing Foundational QB Techniques, including pre-throw fundamentals, the 6 phases of passing, and throwing the football on the move - Guidelines for observing and making corrections to QB technique - A "Jump Start" QB training session to serve as an example blueprint for programming training periods/workouts - 7 basic physical screens related to movements involved in QB play, as well as physical fixes to help improve those movements - and QB performance - An expanded technique section to cover additional QB topics like pass drops, RPO plays, pocket movement, and escapes - Complimentary 30-day access to the Complete QB App, which provides coaches a tool for managing QB's offseason workload (volume and intensity) - A drill index library with more than 30 Quarterback drills related to multiple areas of of QB play
